About Me

My name is Juozas “Joey” Mikuzis, I live in the southwest Chicagoland area. I have a deep passion for being involved in productions ranging from visual mediums like video and television to audio mediums like podcasts and radio. I currently work as a technical at WGBO Univision Chicago in their News Production department.

I am a graduate of Lewis University in Romeoville, IL where I studied Radio and Television Broadcasting. During my time at Lewis, I was involved actively in many different department extra curricular activities, including: my university’s bi-weekly news broadcast, university event broadcasts, various video production projects, and producing a radio format and show.

I served for two years as technical producer for Lewis University Television Network’s news program. I also helped to co-create and direct a series of web shorts called The Red Room.
